Returning to University Accommodation

We are able to offer current students the opportunity to return into our accommodation next year in one of our University Managed Houses (limited spaces available).

 If you are interested in shared bathroom accommodation you may wish to consider a room in one of our other University Managed Houses. All of the properties are within a 20 minute walk from the main campus and range from four to eight-bedrooms, each with its own distinctive features. Many of our University Managed Houses have outdoor space and access to off/on street parking.

The accommodation agreement lengths vary, but would start from the 14th September 2019; there are two room types available:

All fees are inclusive of utility bills and wifi (with the exception of a TV licence); an additional £15 insurance fee will be charged to all students.

Your agreement would remain with the University; any maintenance or repair concerns would be directly reported to the Accommodation Team who would then work with the landlord on your behalf to resolve them.

Unfortunately we are not able to arrange viewings for these properties unless there are exceptional circumstances; however if you are interested in this accommodation and have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us and a member of the team will be happy to help.

In order to allow prospective students the same accommodation guarantee we offered to you for your first year, we do need to limit the number of returning students we can accept into our accommodation.
