Room Hire FAQs
Our conference facilities can be booked throughout the year however availability is more limited on weekdays during term time.
The events team must approve any external equipment that is brought onto campus as part of an event. All event organisers must notify the events team at the point of booking if they plan to use their own equipment on campus.
Our AV support team are on site 9am – 5pm on weekdays. If you require dedicated or out of hours AV support then additional charges will apply.
