Groups and Workshops

The wellbeing team organise groups and workshops to support your wellbeing during your studies.

Mindfulness

If you feel that life is going too fast and the stress is getting to you, come and try a Mindfulness meditation group facilitated by a Mindfulness practitioner. Just turn up, you can try one session or come every week, it’s up to you!

Mindfulness is a non-religious mental training that you can carry into every part of your life. It teaches you to develop simple skills to cope with life difficulties by training you to focus on the present, help you to see things more clearly, manage them wisely and feel more content.

Wednesdays 1.30pm - 2.30pm (sessions run every half hour)

Taking place weekly from Wednesday 15th January through to Wednesday 25th March 2020, in the Chapel.  (These are free sessions and no booking is required)
