Membership is required for the YSJActive Gym (apart from Female Only Gym sessions). Please sign up on the online store.

How to join

Please visit the online store via the link above. If you answer 'yes' to any of the medical questions then please complete and submit the PAR-Q plus form. At present you do not need to complete the membership forms.
