Outlook 2010 is the main e-mail client and calendar for York St John. Take control of e-mails, tasks and appointments. This course is based on the desktop client.

Prior knowledge: None

This course introduces the basics skills to get acquainted with Microsoft Outlook 2010.

This course will build on the basics to make your use of Outlook more productive.

SkypeFB1: Getting started with Skype for Business

Prior knowledge: None

Skype for Business has superseded Lync for instant messaging. There are also facilities for audio and video calls as well as desktop sharing. This course will introduce the basic concepts to get the best from Skype for Business.
