Online store courses

For staff wishing to gain access to edit or see data from the online store, you must apply to finance for an account using the form on the Miscellaneous tab on the Finance Forms page. You will require training which can be arranged by contacting ILS Digital Training

The WPM online store is the web store attached to the university website. This course covers the key skills to add products.

This course includes:

  • Adding a product
  • Adding questionnaires
  • Amending e-mail templates
  • Getting product reports

  • Adding different ticket types
  • Amending e-mail templates
  • Adding questionnaires
  • Getting event reports

This course is intended for staff who need to gather information from the WPM webstore but who do not need to set up events or products for sale.
