Students

Students wanting to report a faulty PC can do so through our online job logging system.

If you require any assistance with using software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite please visit the digital training pages.

Students can also access support from the ICT helpdesk in a number of ways:

  • Visit the Service Desk on the ground floor of Fountains Learning Centre. If necessary they will refer you to one of our ICT technical team. Your first contact should however always be with the first floor desk.

Staff

Staff wanting to report a problem with a faulty PC, printer or any other element of the University ICT provision can do so via our online job logging system. If you would like guidance on use of software applications these should be directed to our ICT Staff Development Officer. For further guidance on ICT Staff Training please visit our digital training pages.

Staff can also access support from the ICT helpdesk in a number of other ways although anything that requires a member of the ICT staff visiting your PC should be requested through the job logging system.
