Save My Work

The best place to store your documents is in your York St John OneDrive. OneDrive is cloud storage that is accessible anywhere.

Campus PCs automatically sign into your YSJ OneDrive which is part of the Office 365 suite of applications provided by Microsoft.

To go to your YSJ Office 365:

  • Click on Start button (window icon) at top right of Google Chrome Internet Browser
  • Go to portal.office.com

When saving your work, please remember any files downloaded into the downloads folder will disappear when logged off.

Apple Mac OS X

When using Office apps on a Mac OS X computer, you will be asked to sign into your YSJ cloud account. Sign in using your YSJ email and password.

To go to your YSJ Office 365:

  • Go to portal.office.com

To access files you have saved previously in your Documents folder:

  • Access the folder named “Documents” on the desktop. This is a shortcut to your home folder.
  • Please be advised, if you save work and files in any other location than Documents and YSJ OneDrive, these files will be lost when you log off the computer
