Office 365 Multi-factor Authentication

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is currently one of the most effective ways of securing our users against Phishing which can result in an account being compromised, even resulting in a ransomware attack.

This enables users to access University resources whilst not connected through the main campus network.

How to sign up for MFA

All staff are required to sign up during the onboarding process.

You can sign up using one of the authentication verification methods explained in the video below.
