Michaella Xavier-Jackson

Hi, I'm Michaella (she/her), and I’m the Fundraising Projects and Relationships Officer. I look after all fundraising activities related to our scholarships (alumni-funded, Gateway, and Education Opportunity Award). I am also responsible all fundraising communications that we send out to our donor community.

A big part of my role is raising money for future scholarship recipients, as well as thanking our kind supporters. I love speaking with scholars to learn first-hand how they have benefitted from our scholarship programme, and I also love sharing scholar stories with our donors!

I'm often responding to our donors, gathering stories from our scholarship holders, as well as working with Finance to make sure any gifts are processed quickly and safely. In my free time, you'll find me tending to my variety of indoor plants (I especially love cacti), or admiring any that I can find outdoors.
