Making Waves: The 2nd Annual Postgraduate Symposium from the Institute for Social Justice

Tuesday 14 June, 1.00pm to 3.00pm

This year Making Waves will curate presentations from postgraduate researchers responding to the theme of 'Collaboration and Social Justice'. The symposium is organised by and open to all postgraduate researchers at York St John University.

We all share the same sky: Healing through creativity, knowledge sharing and conversations with refugees and asylum seekers

Friday 24 June

A knowledge sharing day that will offer talks, research presentations, film screenings and a photographic exhibition from photo-based research with asylum seekers and refugees.

The day will bring together sanctuary seekers, volunteers, service providers, academics and students to discuss contemporary issues affecting refugees and asylum seekers.
