From LIdIA to LSJ

Centre for Language and Social Justice Research

For almost ten years, LIdIA, the Language and Identities in InterAction Research Unit, was the main platform for research activity in the School of Languages and Linguistics.

In October this year we will be launching the Centre for Language and Social Justice Research (LSJ) as a forum where scholars from linguistics and other disciplines can come together to engage in language-based research which aims to promote social justice.

Please visit again later in the summer to learn more about this transition and the new direction for research in the School.
