Bogdana Huma

I am passionate about social psychology, which I teach and research at York St John University. Using Discursive Psychology and Conversation Analysis, I examine social psychological topics in and as part of everyday talk-in-interaction. My current research interests revolve around exploring the interactional mechanisms that underpin social influence, in particular persuasion and resistance.

I have co-founded the DARGchive which aims to promote discursive psychologists & conversation analysts and their work by publishing audio and video recordings of conference presentations, lectures, and data sessions. We also publish interviews with researchers working in the fields of discursive psychology and conversation analysis.
