I am a senior lecturer in Human Resource Management with the remit of leading strategic human resource and human resource management programmes; I am the course leader for Business Management and Human Resource Management, and Business Management and languages. Prior to commencing at York St John University, I was a lecturer in Finance and Accounting. My remit at QMU was to coordinate all the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Finance and Accounting. Before that, I worked as a lecturer in strategic Management and Human Resource Management at the University of Edinburgh for 8 years where I taught Strategic Management, Business Research and Human Resource Management.

I have many years of practical management and strategic work experience in the Not-for-profit organisations and in Higher Education environments. 

I am an external examiner at the University of Trinity St David in Swansea in Wales.

I am a visiting professor at the University of KasertStart in Thailand, at the University of Abomey-Calavy in Benin, and The Houdegbe North America University Benin.
