Your student record
Process for requesting a transcript showing marks gained to date.
A transcript is a full academic record of a student’s career and includes module marks and grades attained at the University.
At the conclusion of their programme of study, every undergraduate and taught postgraduate student will receive a transcript with their award certificate, free of charge. For those awards which are eligible for graduation we do not send out certificates until these awards have been conferred at the graduation ceremonies. That is our policy as an official award letter and transcript should be sufficient for employers. Where it is not we are able to provide a further letter to support but not the certificate.
Requesting an academic transcript
Requests for a copy of an academic transcript should be made through the York St John University online store.
Copies can be collected from the Information Services desk or posted by standard Royal Mail to an address provided. For an additional fee a transcript can be sent by DHL Courier Service. Please allow up to 3 working days for your transcript to be produced.
