In the room
Each room at Percy’s Lane includes a bed (single or double dependent on room size), en-suite shower, toilet and sink, space to hang towels, desk, chair, various drawers, high-speed WiFi, built-in wardrobe, shelves and a notice board.
Kitchens and dining
The communal areas include electric hobs, ovens, grills, microwave, fridge-freezer, plenty of cupboards and storage space, television point, dining table and chairs and recycling facilities. Bin bags can be collected from your site or the Porters Lodge.
Outside you will find bike storage and laundry facilities.
We can offer assistance for students with disabilities or additional needs on a case-by-case basis, ranging from allocation of a fully accessible wheelchair room, to minor alterations such as supplying a fridge for medication. We are able to make adaptions to nearly every room that we have, depending on the requirements of the student.
