To study an Undergraduate degree you will need to pay tuition fees at the beginning of each year. Students from the UK & EU will pay different fees to International students. The fees you pay are dependent on your fee category.
Tuition fees are listed on course pages. Please note that tuition fees may increase annually due to inflation.
You may be able to get support with paying your tuition fees via a loan from a student finance provider such as Student Finance England. The student finance provider will pay your tuition fees directly to the University at the start of each year.

Other costs to consider when studying at university
Whilst studying with us, you will need to budget for additional costs including accommodation and living costs. An estimate of living costs in York can be found on sites like Numbeo.
You may be eligible for a maintenance loan from your student funding provider to support you with living costs during your studies. This loan is paid directly to you in instalments.
Course specific costs
There may be additional costs as part of your course. This could include specialist equipment, field trips, books and printing. Additional costs are listed on the course pages.
