What happens after you receive your offer
This page contains the information you need to understand what happens once you've received an offer to study at York St John University.
Due to the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), we advise checking this page regularly for the latest information.
Replying to your offer
Once you have received offers from all your chosen courses, you can make your firm and insurance choices through UCAS Track. If you have received your offers by Thursday 4 June 2020, you will have until Thursday 18 June to make your decisions.
If you have a conditional offer
Check the conditions of your offer on UCAS Track. These conditions are usually academic and we will receive your results on Results Day in August.
You may have other conditions to meet, such as a DBS check. The Admissions Team will send you instructions on how to complete these. Additional information is also provided below.
If you are not sure what your conditions mean, please contact the Admissions Team and they will be able to explain what you need to do to confirm your place.
If you don't meet the conditions of your offer
For most qualifications, we will receive your results automatically on Results Day in August and we will review each application individually. We are very aware of the impact on our applicants' study this year and will be looking to ensure flexibility where possible. If you do not receive the results you were hoping for, please get in touch with us on the day to discuss your options.
If you have an unconditional offer
If you hold an unconditional offer from York St John University, this will continue to be unconditional regardless of whether you make us your firm or insurance choice. There are no hidden conditions
