The programme provides students with an advanced education in the key theories of childhood and adolescent psychological development, and insight into the strengths and limitations of the research methodologies that underpin them. Students develop advanced, transferrable research and critical thinking skills.
This programme is designed to enable graduates to meet the educational standards for chartered membership of the BPS, to gain full membership of the Division of Counselling Psychology, and to be eligible to apply for registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council. We are committed to achieving BPS and HCPC accreditation.
