The Gifts and Hospitality Register is a register of all gifts and hospitality given and received to/from YSJU staff and external organisations/individuals.
The University's Financial Regulations require staff who receive a gift or hospitality over the value of £25 to record it in the Gifts and Hospitality Register; if you have given or received a gift or hospitality over £25, please complete the form below.
Normally no gift or hospitality with a value of over £200 should be accepted and individual gifts with a value over £100 must not be made to third parties.
