Converge Evaluation and Research Team (CERT) Research Group

This research group is led by Ruth Lambley.

CERT is a group of Converge student researchers who use their own lived experience of mental health challenges to inform their practice in research and evaluation.

We carry out evaluations of mental health related projects and our own research projects.

We strive to use participatory approaches and coproduce our work to the highest possible standard. We often use creative methods such as art and photography to help people who would struggle with more traditional research such as questionnaires and interviews to be able to contribute to evaluations.

In the past 2 years we have completed more than 10 evaluations. We meet weekly.

Get in touch

We welcome enquiries from any researchers who are interested in the evaluation of mental health related community projects or research into recovery from mental health challenges.
