How to Improve Sleep Workshop

Learn techniques to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Sleeping problems affect a high proportion of the population, this half day workshop will explore the latest advances in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in managing general sleep issues and provide evidenced based tools to practice and use at home to help regain a normal sleeping pattern.

Who is this course for?

This course is open to anyone wishing to learn more about sleep management.

  • How to use meditation to gain restful sleep
  • How to use CBT skills to get to sleep and stay asleep

Matthew Cole

Matthew Cole is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who has been in practice for nearly 30 years. He has worked for a range of organisations including the NHS, the MOD, mental health charities and the private sector.
