This half day workshop is a general introduction to using the latest Cognitive behavioural therapy ideas and tools to enable effective self-management of worry and rumination.

Matthew Cole

Matthew Cole is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who has been in practice for nearly 30 years. He has worked for a range of organisations including the NHS, the MOD, mental health charities and the private sector.
