Group bookings
Bring a group of students to an Open Day.

We welcome groups from schools and colleges to our Open Days.
If you want to bring a group of students to an Open Day, please contact the Student Recruitment team in advance. You can get in touch by emailing studentrecruitment@yorksj.ac.uk.
In your email, make sure you include:
- The total number of people in the group (including students, staff and parents)
- Any special requirements you have for your visit
If your group can't make an Open Day, you can arrange a tailored visit at another time. We can customise this visit to suit your needs. A visit may include:
- A campus tour
- Subject talks
- Q&A sessions with our Student Ambassadors
- General information sessions
We may be able to provide a financial contribution to your visit. Let us know if this is something you are interested in when you contact us.
