By 2026 we aim to achieve:

  • Elimination of the gender pay gap (GPG) and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic pay gap (2026 staging targets: 5% mean and median GPG, retain zero pay gap for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff)
  • A diverse student population of 10,000 including undergraduates, postgraduates (including research students) and degree apprentices
  • Top quartile of all HE institutions for the national learning and teaching measure
  • Meeting the Office for Students standard for graduate and managerial level employment outcomes each year [2]
  • 90% overall satisfaction in national student satisfaction measures
  • 2% of income from research (external grant income plus QR)
  • Financial surpluses of between 3 – 5% of income from operating activities
