We provide support before you arrive in London and throughout your studies.
As part of our wider York St John University community you have remote access to all the resources available at our main campus. Our dedicated London team are your primary source of information and can be contacted using the details below:

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6.00pm.
IT support
Our London IT Specialist is the first point of contact for all queries. We offer face to face IT support and expert advice to all students at York St John University London.

Laptop loans
At the London campus we have a facility for students to loan Windows laptops or Macbooks for a period of 24 hours. When on campus, you can contact the London team for support.

Students' Union
All London students are part of the main Students' Union (SU), based in York. The SU can provide support for all students and members of the SU regularly visit the London campus.
