Enrolment for returning students

We will send you an email in August to let you know when re-enrolment is open.

You need to complete online re-enrolment before your course starts again in September. 

How to re-enrol

You can re-enrol on e:Vision using your existing username and password.

Passwords expire after 1 year so you may need to renew yours. You can create a new password using the PasswordManager, using either the change password or forgotten password option. Using the 'forgotten password' option will email a new password to the personal (non-university) email address we hold for you. If you do not have a personal email address on our system, please email studentrecords@yorksj.ac.uk who can update your details on record. If you are not on campus we can send it to you by post.

You will be fully enrolled after completing all the online enrolment process. 

Student ID cards

You will be able to keep using your existing student ID card. 

If you have changed course or are returning from a suspension of studies you will need to contact ID cards (IDcards@yorksj.ac.uk) to request a new student card.
