Leadership with Purpose: EY

This event series provides an open and inclusive space for developing insight into professional life, leadership and workplace culture.

It offers an opportunity to explore how inclusive behaviors, mutual respect and collaboration can help create environments where everyone can thrive. Attendees are encouraged to reflect on the role we all play in supporting one another and contributing to positive, equitable workplaces across all genders.

The first event in the series focuses on EY, a global professional services organisation. Attendees will gain insights into the firm, alongside hearing leadership perspectives from women working within it.

The session will explore the impact of inclusive leadership, diversity and respect at work, highlighting how these elements contribute to employee wellbeing, strong performance and a culture where people feel welcomed, valued and supported.
