Campus visits for schools
Bring a group to our campus to find out more about higher education.

Campus visits are for all year groups and content will be tailored towards the key stage and areas of interest.
Your campus visit will include an introduction to York St John University, a tour of our city centre campus and a choice of activities. Book your visit by emailing studentrecruitment@yorksj.ac.uk.
You can see an example schedule for a campus visit in the table below. Activities marked with an asterisk are a standard feature of all visits. Activity order and timings depend on staff and room availability.
Example campus visit schedule

| 9.50am | Arrive at York St John University* | Our Student Ambassadors will meet you and guide your group to a lecture room. |
| 10.00am | Welcome talk* | An introduction to York St John University. This can include information about higher education in general, if appropriate. |
| 10.30am | Activity | This could be an activity, presentation or taster session. See the full range of options on our menu of presentations and activities. |
| 11.15am | Campus tour* | Groups of 15 (maximum) will tour our city centre campus with a Student Ambassador. Sports facilities at our York St John University Sports Park are not shown as part of this tour unless specified in advance. |
| 12.00pm | Lunch |
We recommend pack up lunches are brought for ease. Visitors can use the dining room to buy food but it can be slow and busy. |
