We are dedicated to supporting your creativity. By providing excellent facilities and the support of our experienced team of technicians, we give you the freedom to explore and develop your creative work. The creative spaces you can use throughout your degree include:

  • Subject specific studio space
  • Workshops to support sculpture, including woodwork, metalwork, casting and ceramics
  • Traditional printmaking facilities
  • 2 photographic dark rooms
  • Digital suites equipped with Adobe Creative Suite

Our studio, darkroom and photography store give you access to digital suites equipped with leading brands of photographic equipment used by industry professionals.

Work-based learning

Our courses give you the chance to connect with the workplace and engage with organisations beyond the University. You will work on projects that allow you to develop your skills and work in professional settings that relate to your future career goals.
