Amir Keshtiban, Associate Dean of Business and Health Studies, York St John University London

Dr Keshtiban is Associate Dean of Business and Health at York St John University, London Campus. As a critical organisation studies scholar, his research focuses on alternative forms of organisation, critical leadership studies, social movement studies, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. His work has been published in international, peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Management Learning and Human Resource Development Quarterly.

Dr Muhammad Salman Shabbir, Senior Lecturer, York St John University London

Shabbir is a distinguished scholar in the field of business management and innovation. His academic career has included positions at the University of Brunei Darussalam, Dhofar University Oman, National Univeristy of Modern Languages in Pakistan, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He has contributed significantly to the fields of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Higher Education Policy, Organization Theory and Development, and International Business by publishing more than 60 scholarly articles. He has been a member of the Academy of Management since 2019.

His work fosters positive change through the bridge between academic research, policy, and practical applications, and is widely recognized for his ability to bridge these 3 areas. In addition to his extensive publication portfolio, he has a strong commitment to advancing knowledge and improving business solutions through rigorous academic inquiry. In his areas of expertise, Dr. Shabbir is making a profound impact on the educational and business communities, aiming to strengthen both theoretical understanding and practical application.
