Course leader biographies

Rachel Martin

As an experienced lecturer, facilitator and coach, Rachel teaches on a range of postgraduate and external health CPD courses.  She designs and facilitates bespoke leadership courses for NHS organisations and is a Certified Facilitator for Time to Think (Nancy Kline).  

Rachel encourages others to think independently to enhance individual and team communication and helps to develop skills to build engagement and positive working relationships.
