How we can help

Coaching can help you better understand yourself, your relationships with other people and the way you act in the world. Compared to counselling, coaching is more goal focused and is therefore generally more orientated towards the future than the past, therefore your coach will support you in identifying goals and making plans for realising them.

Expand the drop-down to find out more about the specific things we can help with.

Just as each person’s interests and values differ, so does their idea of wellbeing and how they manage this. Our coaches can help you to:

  • Better understand yourself and your needs
  • Explore your life and the possibilities that are open to you
  • Identify your untapped resources and your potential
  • Choose which courses of action makes most sense to you and start to implement desired changes in your life

Together you can work on exploring how to manage your self-care and wellbeing (and what this might look like to you), provide support and accountability in creating a routine that works for you, helping you to focus on what you need when life can feel overwhelming.

You may also assess each area of your life to review where you're at, where you would like to be, and what sustainable changes you can implement to support you.

What we offer

Two people having a coaching discussion.

Our coaching sessions are usually provided by telephone, and online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

There is no minimum number of sessions, as this is dependent on your need. Some people find it beneficial to have just 1 or 2 sessions, or you may agree to have a block of 10 sessions. There may be the opportunity for this to be extended and this can also be ongoing. Additionally, sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

Coaching sessions are available at the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 9.00pm
  • Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
