How we can help
Coaching can help you better understand yourself, your relationships with other people and the way you act in the world. Compared to counselling, coaching is more goal focused and is therefore generally more orientated towards the future than the past, therefore your coach will support you in identifying goals and making plans for realising them.
Expand the drop-down to find out more about the specific things we can help with.
Just as each person’s interests and values differ, so does their idea of wellbeing and how they manage this. Our coaches can help you to:
- Better understand yourself and your needs
- Explore your life and the possibilities that are open to you
- Identify your untapped resources and your potential
- Choose which courses of action makes most sense to you and start to implement desired changes in your life
Together you can work on exploring how to manage your self-care and wellbeing (and what this might look like to you), provide support and accountability in creating a routine that works for you, helping you to focus on what you need when life can feel overwhelming.
You may also assess each area of your life to review where you're at, where you would like to be, and what sustainable changes you can implement to support you.
What we offer
Our coaching sessions are usually provided by telephone, and online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
There is no minimum number of sessions, as this is dependent on your need. Some people find it beneficial to have just 1 or 2 sessions, or you may agree to have a block of 10 sessions. There may be the opportunity for this to be extended and this can also be ongoing. Additionally, sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Coaching sessions are available at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 9.00pm
- Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Coaching client
I found [my coach] very easy to talk to and the wellbeing coaching sessions have been really helping me to break down my struggles into achievable milestones and feel like I'm starting to make progress.
Coaching client
The sessions were always open – each was different. I always considered there to be space for whatever I needed to say.

The coach I was working with... was very easy to talk to and made me feel heard, listened to and valued. I feel I have learned a lot about myself and the way I want to implement my own wellbeing into my business and my personal life.
Coaching client
[My coach] was able to see what I couldn’t from what felt like the word go. The questions asked were to make me aware of what I was avoiding, and even when I avoided the question it was rephrased to approach it from another angle. The first shift for me was an awareness of what was causing a root behaviour. This awareness then allowed me to reflect on how I might do things differently or manage certain situations to cope better in those situations.
Coaching client
I honestly don’t know how she did it, but [my coach's] manner and approach engendered trust and felt like a very safe space to explore, the coachee-led focus, the right balance of challenge and support. I really appreciated their questioning and insight.
Coaching client
It was a real eye opener that has truly changed the way I see myself and how I behave. I really benefited from the agreed goals and saw an instant positive result.
Coaching client
The questions asked me brought me a different perspective and raised my awareness of my priorities, so that I could analyse my goals and ideas against my priorities. I always felt held and safe with [my coach] – indeed, when there were moments, I could have ‘lost it’ or dissociated, they drew me back, grounded me, and kept me on track.
Coaching client
I feel much more focussed now as an individual, as an artist and as a business owner. This has in turn given me a new pride in my work and in myself.
Coaching client
I have had therapy before and found the coaching much more beneficial for me, rather than just taking about what’s happened to me in the past and how it made me feel coaching felt much more proactive and had an end goal/outcome at the end of each session that I could build on and work on.
Coaching client
My coach was perfect for me, they listened to everything I said, took on board what I was saying and gave useful suggestions of how I could approach anything. I always felt happy and positive in my sessions and that the conversation flowed naturally.
Coaching client
I always felt heard which was often reinforced by my coach raising something from a previous session that we had spoken about. I always felt comfortable sharing with my coach and there wasn’t anything I held back.
Coaching client
Coaching has supported me in numerous ways, I have had a lot of 'life' events happen over the course of my coaching sessions, buying a house and then moving into the house and redecorating, undertaking a huge physical and mental challenge to raise money, understand even more about who I am and what I want in life to feel fulfilled, challenged and motivated.
