York Centre for Writing
York Centre for Writing acts as a hub for exciting writing events, projects and publications in collaboration with Valley Press, York Literature Festival and other community partners. We have previously welcomed authors such as Kathleen Jamie, Sarah Hall, Michel Faber, Daljit Nagra and Margaret Atwood, who have inspired students and members of the local community alike.
Beyond the Walls
As well as being the name of our anthology, Beyond the Walls is our online home of Creative Writing at York St John University. You will have the chance to work with students and staff from the Creative Writing and English Literature courses to share our latest news, reviews, and creative work.
