York Centre for Writing acts as a hub for exciting writing events, projects and publications in collaboration with Valley Press, York Literature Festival and other community partners. We have previously welcomed authors such as Kathleen Jamie, Sarah Hall, Michel Faber, Daljit Nagra and Margaret Atwood, who have inspired students and members of the local community alike.
