I'm committed to saving energy and try to make sure PCs, monitors, photocopiers and lights in our office and around campus are switched off when not in use.

I won an award for my sustainable coffee brewing design to cut coffee pod waste.

I signed up local suppliers like York Coffee Emporium and VFC to our food outlets on campus.

I show staff and students how to grow food on campus as part of Wild Wednesdays, a group that meets to grow edible plants, helping to tackle food security whilst supporting biodiversity.
