Year in industry

If you are looking for an immersive experience in the computer science industry, choosing a placement year offers an exciting opportunity. It gives you the chance to gain a significant amount of work experience that is reflected in your degree title when you graduate. You will develop your employability skills whilst finding out about an area of work that interests you. The placement year is optional and occurs at the end of your second year, for between 9 and 12 months.
