Societies and activities
Our Linguistics Society can help you meet like-minded students from all year groups. Activities include inspirational talks from our languages and linguistics alumni and student drop-in sessions. The society also organises social events. Our Linguistics Society works alongside staff to organise a series of academic and professional based talks which run every fortnight. You will hear academics talk to you about their research and how they use language and linguistics in their career.
