Apply direct to York St John

International students can apply directly to York St John University for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

You will find links to the application form on your chosen course page. 

You will be able to create an application login and submit your application. For certain countries or regions, you will need to complete a Prospective Student Enquiry Form which will be sent to our country/region office for further processing and assistance in making an application to the University. 

This form is for international students applying for:

• Undergraduate courses
• Postgraduate courses

You will need to upload the following as part of the application process:

• A personal statement
• Clear scans of your official qualifications, including certificate and transcripts where appropriate (translated into English where necessary)
• Proof of English Language level
• Academic references - signed, dated, stamped and on official letterhead
• Copy of passport photo page and any previous UK visas
• CV
