We guarantee University managed or partner provider accommodation in York for all of our first year undergraduate students, as long as you meet our application deadlines.

York is a beautiful, historic city and all of our accommodation sites are within 1 mile of campus and close to the city centre. The central location of our sites makes them perfect for exploring the city, or enjoying a relaxed start before a morning lecture.

York is a safe and friendly city. For added peace of mind, we offer 24-hour security support at our accommodation sites.

We have rooms to suit a variety of budgets, including studio flats, and rooms with shared or ensuite bathrooms. All of our sites are self-catered.

Postgraduate students

Most postgraduate students at our York campus should plan to find accommodation in the private sector. If you have friends or family nearby, you can also decide to live with them.
