Enroly CAS Shield

You will receive an automatic invite to register with the Enroly Cas Shield platform approximately 24 to 48 hours after receiving your offer from us.

This system will guide you through the actions you need to take to become a student at York St John.

Access your account

Click 'Get Started' on the invitation email and create a password to log in to your personalised account.

Once you are on the platform, you will need to review and confirm all the relevant details in the Information Check section. This will include confirming your passport details, travel and visa history, and any other information related to your student visa application.

Check your offer

You can see your offer to study at York St John through the 'Conditions of offer' section of Enroly CAS Shield.

If you have a conditional offer, this is where you will see the actions that you need to complete before we can make your offer unconditional.

Please note, it is not possible to proceed to the CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) or visa stages of your application until you have an unconditional offer.

Make your offer unconditional

Complete all actions that are listed under the 'Conditions of offer' section.

Upload any required documents to the 'General documents' section of Enroly CAS Shield. These may include finalised academic transcripts, high school diplomas or other relevant documents, when available
to you.

When you feel like you have met the conditions of your offer, please use the Chat or Message function on Enroly CAS Shield to let our Admissions team know you are ready to receive your unconditional offer.

We will review your documents, provide feedback and issue you with your finalised unconditional offer.
