A note for our commuter participants
If you're travelling to the university each day rather than staying in our accommodation, you'll have a bit more flexibility around your arrival and departure times.
We ask that you arrive during the scheduled arrivals window on the first day, and that you join us for breakfast each morning after that. While we’d love for you to take part in the evening social events, we understand you may have other commitments. You’re welcome to leave any time after the daytime programme finishes and the residential group heads back to their accommodation.
Before you leave each day, please make sure to hand your lanyard to a member of staff so we know not to include you in evening headcounts.
