Heritage trail
The York St John University Heritage Trail is a self-guided walk. You can complete this at your own pace but on average it takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Even if you are off-campus, you may find the stories behind some of the University's older buildings and objects of interest and these are detailed in the trail which is available to download below.

Class of 2025 yearbook and pin badge
Every year the Alumni Office helps final year students from our York and London campuses celebrate their memories of studying with us by creating an annual yearbook and graduation pin badge.
Official York St John yearbook
We run the official yearbook with our partner GradFinale. The yearbook is for all final year students and is split into an undergraduate version and postgraduate version. If we receive enough entries, a London campus edition will also be created. You do not need to choose which edition you appear in, this is done for you.
The Class of 2025 yearbook is now open for entries from final year students. To take part, please complete your yearbook profile on the GradFinale website. The yearbook will close for entries at 11.59pm on Friday 6 June.
When selecting your Institution, please select York St John University. Do not select the 'CRYSJ alumni' option, as this is a seperate yearbook for alumni who studied with us from 1975 to 2001.

If you receive an email about taking part in a yearbook which is not from the Alumni Office, or from GradFinale after you've already signed up, please proceed with caution. If you’re not sure if the email you’ve received is about the official yearbook, please email alumni@yorksj.ac.uk.
Graduation pin badge
Every summer, we run an annual competition to design and vote for that year's graduation pin badge. Final year students are invited to submit designs which are then shortlisted. Every year we receive more and more fantastic designs, and we can't wait to see this year’s designs!
We will email final year students about submitting a design in early summer. Shortlisting will take place in August 2025, with voting to follow.
