Leading AI Adoption for Organisations - Driving Workflow Transformation

This course provides a practical, hands-on approach to organisational AI adoption, enabling participants to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and lead change.

Students using computers.

As organisations move beyond initial experimentation with AI, there is an increasing need for leaders who can translate AI capabilities into measurable business value. Many organisations have access to tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot but lack a structured approach to embedding these effectively into workflows. It is particularly relevant for organisations seeking to move from pilot activity to sustainable, scaled adoption.
