Starting at just £125 a week, York St John University's accommodation offers numerous benefits. All our sites are within a short distance from campus, providing a safe space with 24 hour security and an instant network of friends. The cost includes all bills, such as gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi, ensuring no hidden or unexpected expenses.
Living close to campus gives you more time to study and easier access to York St John’s social activities.
If you choose private accommodation outside York, consider the time and cost of commuting. While private options may seem cheaper, additional bills and travel expenses can make them more costly and less convenient than university accommodation.
No deposit is required to secure university accommodation for international students.
