I am a Senior lecturer in Business Management and Health Studies at York St John University, London Campus. I am also the Programme director for MRes. Management Studies Programme at the London campus. A seasoned educator with previous experience as an associate lecturer at the University of the West of Scotland. Teaching a diverse field of business management modules namely leadership, leading change, change management, strategic management, integrated business function, emerging leadership development, managing organisational health and the essence of healthcare management. Furthermore, I possess core expertise, knowledge and experience within the computing field with core emphasis in advanced/cyber security and digital forensics. With regards to sector experience other than Academia, I possess expertise, knowledge of the Care sector, experience in the Oil and Gas sector. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). I have successfully supervised, mentored and supported successful master’s research such as consultancy business projects, capstones, BCP and informal guidance/mentorship to successful doctoral completion. Furthermore, my works have been published in conference proceedings and journals.

I hold a doctorate degree in (Management) Ethical leadership from the University of the West of Scotland. I also possess a master’s in business administration (MBA), M.Sc. in Advanced security and digital forensics and a B.Sc. (Hons) in computer science. My research interest spans diverse academic fields with core emphasis on leadership, leadership development, strategic management & planning, change management, innovation, cyber security, penetration testing and digital forensics. I am open to postgraduate research supervision in areas relating to management, leadership, organizational behaviour, innovation, public sector, change management, IT, business development and management, ethics, AI, healthcare management and entrepreneurship.
