I am currently a postgraduate researcher at York St John University. My PhD project, which is supervised by Dr Andrew P. Hill and Dr Daniel J. Madigan, aims to understand how trait perfectionism interacts to predict wellbeing and coping among Filipino university students.

Apart from my postgraduate work, I am a licensed psychologist in the Philippines and currently serve as an assistant professor at the Department of Psychology of the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD). I obtained both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Psychology from UPD. In addition to my academic role, I work as a psychosocial support specialist at the UPD Psychosocial Services.

My research interests include perfectionism, (self-)compassion, stress, coping, and students’ psychological and academic needs.
