I am Margaret Adisa, a Lecturer in Business Management at York St John University and Module Director for Leadership and Change Management. I am a seasoned educator with a unique blend of industry and academic experience, having spent fifteen years in the corporate sector prior to transitioning into full-time academia. This background enables me to effectively bridge theory and practice, connecting classroom learning with real-world professional insights.

My teaching pedagogy is student-centred, reflective, and practice-oriented, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and the development of critical thinking. I adopt a blended approach that integrates interactive lectures with seminars, facilitated discussions, and experiential learning activities. This approach is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed in both academic and professional contexts.

A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and active member of Leadership Pioneers Network Centre (LPNC) reflecting my ongoing commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and professional engagement within the field of management.

At York St John University’s London Campus, I contribute to the delivery of several postgraduate programmes, including the MSc Business Management, MSc International Project Management, and Global Healthcare Management.

My teaching spans a diverse portfolio of modules such as Leadership and Change Management, Leading Innovation and Cultural Change, Dynamic Perspectives on Sustainable Business, Marketing and Data Analytics, Design Thinking for Sustainable Healthcare, Capstone Projects and Applied Research Projects.
