Dr Amir Keshtiban

I am the Associate Dean of Business and Health at York St John University, London Campus. As a critical organisation studies scholar, my research focuses on alternative forms of organisation, critical leadership studies, social movement studies, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. My work has been published in international, peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Management Learning and Human Resource Development Quarterly.

Before joining York St John University, London Campus, I served as a senior lecturer and Programme Director at Northumbria University. Prior to that, I spent four years teaching and conducting research at Essex Business School. I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and hold two External Examiner positions across the UK.
