My first class BSc was in Physiology and Biochemistry from University of Wales. I graduated from Southampton University in 2010 with a Distinction in MSc (Pre-Registration) in Physiotherapy and I worked clinically within the York & Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. My final role was a split post, advanced clinical specialist (ACS) in Musculoskeletal Out-Patients and Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner (SOP).

Teaching
I started working at York St John in 2021 and teach across all the clinical modules covered in the three years of the undergraduate course and both years of the pre-registration MSc. I also deliver professional CPD days for clinicians and lead on the post graduate Neuro-Musculoskeletal Injection course.
Research
I am research active with a special interest in advanced physiotherapy practice and rehabilitation of the upper limb.
