Julius Ibrahim

I am an award-winning social entrepreneur and international speaker with over a decade of experience working with start-ups and students.

I started my entrepreneurial journey whilst at university with Enactus, leading a team of 70 social entrepreneurs to create social enterprises and impact projects across London. Here, I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship and social impact. I was inspired by the possibility to create real-world change and fortunate to benefit from the support, guidance, facilities and community that exists in a university setting. Since then, I have spent the last decade working within the enterprise space, whether that's launching and operating my own social enterprise, delivering speeches and keynotes, sitting on advisory boards or mentoring individuals.

Joining the York St John London team as an Enterprise Academy Mentor back in 2020, I fell in love with the process and gratification of helping students achieve their goals and make the first steps in their entrepreneurial journey.

Now leading Enterprise and Innovations, I am driven to accelerate the support and opportunities for our students and our community, as we build toward the University's mission of becoming a standard bearer in enterprise education.
